The award for World’s Best Chocolate Cake was given to Landaeu Chocolate in Lisbon, Portugal. This is Our Version of that cake, and it’s GLUTEN FREE. Made with Callebaut Chocolate, the base cake is our flourless chocolate cake, topped with chocolate mousse, and glazed with dark chocolate ganache and cocoa powder.
