Made in Germany, the Pedag Supra is a premium tongue pad. Memory Foam cushioning is wrapped in high-quality skin-safe Vegetable Tanned Suede Leather.  A soft oval pad placed under the tongue of your shoe, to bring it closer to the top of your instep. This is helpful if you have low-volume feet. If you tend to tie your shoes as tight as possible, you likely have low-volume feet, and can benefit from tongue pads. Small / Medium fits up to US Men's 7 / US Women's 10 Large / XLarge fits US Men's 8 / US Women's 11 and up
