This variety of pepper seeds is known for producing one of the largest sweet peppers available. It is named after the famous Mt. Aconcagua in the Andes and is highly productive. The long tapered fruits can reach up to 3 inches in width and 12 inches in length. Ripens from green to orange to red. Great flavor at any stage of maturity, but sweetest when fully ripened to red. Green fruits can be used starting at 50 days, red fruits at 70 days from transplant.Soil & Water: Peppers require deeply-worked, well-drained soil with plenty of added organic matter and a pH of 6.0-6.8.
