Oranges and Lemons Silk Bias Skirt in Citrine/Zest

This simple slip skirt was designed, printed and made in England from our classic silk twill, adding a subtle sheen to its surface.  It features a bias-cut and gently elasticated waistline, allowing it to be slipped on with no additional fastenings. The skirt is constructed with an exquisite placement print, pin-hem and is French-seamed throughout. This design features an explosion of botanical cornflower illustrations, displaying the delicate seedheads, buds and flowers in all their varied forms. The dissected wildflowers evoke a dreamlike, bucolic feeling against the soft ivory background, while the placement of the striking satin trompe l’oeil bows creates a flattering and feminine effect.
