In this painting, I aimed to capture the majestic lion walking before the magnificent Victoria Falls. The thundering cascade looms impressively, with its mist creating a captivating interplay of light and shadow. As the sun rises over the horizon, the sky transforms into a breathtaking palette of orange and pink, flooding the landscape with warmth. The light merges with the shimmering waters of the falls, accentuating the powerful rush of water cascading over the cliff edge. The roar of the falls creates a symphony of sound that resonates through the air and can be heard from miles away, evoking the name "Mosi-Oa-Tunya," which translates to "the smoke that thunders."
