This virtual event will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of breath and healing sound. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I will guide you through various breathing patterns designed to help you release stress, expand your awareness, and connect deeply with your body. We will meet through the internet via Zoom, and the link/info will be sent to you prior to our scheduled time.
