WAGYU BEEF SLIDERS Crumbs
The moment you sink your teeth into our Wagyu Beef Snax, you’re going to be in udder dis-beef-lief at how flavorful it is. (Thank you, thank you… I’ll be here all week.) Unlike a lot of the Wagyu you see on restaurant menus, our beef is 100% full-blooded Japanese Wagyu beef, from our ranch partners in Texas. Most restaurants use crossbred Wagyu, which is still good… but not the “Snax experience” we want for our customers. When you have 100% purebred Wagyu, you enjoy an unparalleled culinary experience. Now, you might be wondering…Why Wagyu? Is it really worth it? Is it really special… or is it all just marketing? Here’s the deal: Wagyu is a special breed of Japanese cow. It has a higher mono-unsaturated to saturated fat ratio, higher than any other breed of cattle. Which, according to my ChatGPT search, is a very good thing. The marbling is fine and smooth. It’s some of the highest quality beef you can buy. I even hear some farmers even massage their cows and read them a bedtime story
