1920's French Workwear Dress

Antique apron or pinafore dress with revisions at some point adding straps and found buttons. Lots of history on this rare find, yet wearable and really a special example of European workwear. The cotton striped gray and black fabric is so soft. Fabric: CottonFit: S/MEra: 1920/30's Measurements: Bust 32-34" Strap drop 8.5" Length 43" Waist 42" Hips open Condition: Very good. Several small holes, several tears in the lining near hem and what appears to be 3 previous buttonholes on back & side that have been stitched closed (see photos).
