This 100% California-grown olive oil is smooth and buttery with a pleasant, lingering finish. The aroma is herbaceous and green with notes of tomato leaf and green artichoke. This medium-robust oil, with mid-level bitterness and pungency, finishes with peppery spice in the back of the throat. Try it on baked or roasted chicken or any vegetable you can get your hands on.
