JONATHAN MONK- 80% HEIRLOOM DARK CHOCOLATE

The Jonathan Monk x Casa Bosques collaboration is an iconoclastic chocolate bar, both serious and errant in equal measure. Monk cast the bar from a hand molded individual block of clay, his fingerprints clearly visible and almost decorative on the uneven and childlike form. This 80% chocolate is of the highest quality. We use heirloom white bean "Almendra Blanca" from Chiapas, creating a multilayered and fruity taste. Jonathan Monk, born in Leicester in 1969, is a conceptual artist who explores themes of appropriation in an irreverent and often witty manner. Ingredients: Organic heirloom white bean cacao, organic cane sugar.
