A true NYC institution founded in 1907  by Joel Russ, a Jewish immigrant from Poland who peddled a pushcart until he saved enough to open his first shop in New York's Lower East Side in 1914. Today, Russ & Daughters remains a culinary icon, world-famous for the highest quality food and Jewish delicacies. The original shop on East Houston Street is enshrined as a historical landmark and continues to provide the tastes and traditions of a true New York experience.  We collaborated with the NYC iconic institution on this 74% dark chocolate bar, blended with vibrant dried fruits and nuts.  Ingredients: organic cacao, dried fruits; roasted almonds, cranberries, figs, peaches, apricot, and organic cane sugar.
