For over 100 years, the Diaz family has been toiling the soil and harvesting the fruit of our labor – coffee. The trees were planted by great grandfather, the cherries are now harvested by grandfather and two of his sons, and the coffee is being roasted by another of his son’s and his grandson. This bag of coffee is the current result of the revitalization of a legacy, with 10% of the profit going towards rebuilding the farm, paying above fair trade prices and living wages, and securing work for the community members that have come to rely on our farm’s coffee production.
