San Pedro Necta is the name of a municipality located within famous Huehuetenango growing region in northern Guatemala. This coffee is a sweet, delicious blend of several small producers from San Pedro Necta. We love it for it's classic Huehuetenango profile: sweet, fruity and balanced.. Ripe mango and nectarine build some beautiful fruity notes, while caramel and brown sugar add a deep syrupy sweetness. The acidity is round and balanced. We roast and ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders placed before 10AM ship that day.
