Kenya Kainamui

This big, juicy Kenyan is from the Kainamui Factory, located in the Kirinyaga District. Nestled on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, the Kainamui Factory has around 1,800 members, 1,100 of whom are men and 700 whom are women. The Factory supports its members by providing them with advances for school fees, farm support and other emergency funds. We intentionally selected the week 13 out-turn from Kainamui's 2019 harvest because it perfectly represents our favorite Kenyan characteristics: dynamic, sweet and fruity, with a beautifully crisp acidity. Notes of tropical fruit, cherry and purple plum create a fruit salad effect, making this one heck of a drip coffee.    We roast and ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders placed before 10AM
