Coffee Details In recent years we have started sourcing a handful of coffees from Peru, after discovering how rich, sweet and dynamic they can be. This offering from Eli Chilcon really blew us away on the cupping table and we can't wait for you to try it! Eli Chilcon is the owner of 3 hectares of coffee in the El Diamante village of the San Jose de Lourdes district in the mountains of Peru. He grows both yellow and red caturra and all of the land is above 1900masl. Some of Eli's family also grow coffee in the area, and the family manage the farms together. While each family member owns their own land, Eli manages the picking, processing and drying of the coffee. El Diamante is one of the closest coffee producing areas to the city of Jaen.
