Peru Freddy Bermeo

This offering from producer Freddy Bermeo is grown high in the mountains of northeastern Peru. Freddy’s farm is located near the Tabaconas Namballe National Sanctuary, and his coffee is grown under cacao shade trees as part of a community-wide effort to preserve habitat and endemic flora and fauna in the region.  Notes of milk chocolate, golden raisin, and marzipan are complemented by a rich, creamy body. This coffee’s roundness and depth make it approachable and versatile served as espresso or drip. We roast and ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders placed before 10AM ship that day.
