About This Wine This wine is crafted entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir sourced from three vineyards within the AVA: 3D, Machado, and Acin. It showcases the distinctive richness and refinement of our unique terroir, highlighted by vibrant fruit purity and a firm structure, hallmarks of Brewer–Clifton. Aromas of pomegranate, white tea, and raspberry harmonize with flavors of dried fig, white truffle, and cherry. With a 14.5% alcohol content and cork closure, it pairs beautifully with grilled beef, duck breast with fig sauce, and risotto. Emphasizing vineyard expression, neutral barrels and whole cluster fermentation bring out a structured, earthy balance reminiscent of roasting meat on the bone.
