About This Wine "The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Suscol Springs is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon with 2% Merlot, all of which spent 22 months in 54% new French oak. It's probably the biggest, softest wine of the trio and has a ripe, opulent style in its plum, blueberry, chocolate, iron, and spicy wood-driven aromas and flavors.
