About This Wine Aged for two to three years, Champagne Palmer & Co Solera Rose French Sparkling Wine bestows notes of wild strawberry with hints of red and black currants, vanilla, and spice. This sparkling wine is fresh and full-bodied with fine tannins and elegant fruit. Established more than 70 years ago in the vineyards of the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne, Palmer and Co. shared a desire for perfection. Their vision was to create a Champagne house with a well-known passion for harmony, balance, and the pursuit of excellence. Varietal: 40% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir, 12% pinot meunier, 8% forty-year-old solera of red wines.
