Àrd-Thìr by KDD

Presenting Àrd-Thìr, a beautiful Aran weight (heavy worsted) yarn developed in collaboration with designer Kate Davies!  Àrd-Thìr’s worsted spinning and carefully blended fibres lend it a wonderfully soft and squishy hand. It’s a round, smooth and highly versatile yarn that knits up into a wonderfully warm and even fabric.  Àrd-Thìr has been produced in one highland landscape (Peru) and inspired by another (Scotland). A blend of Peruvian Highland Wool and Superfine Alpaca, making it perfect for texture, cables and colourwork.
