One of my favorite things about this new gin coming from LA is not that it’s delicious and amazing (though it is), but that they disclose the region or country of origin of all the botanicals they use. Folks, they use a lot of botanicals -- 29 to be exact. Fennel, cedar berries, and juniper from California. Coriander from Bulgaria, ginger from Peru, hibiscus from Mexico. Using a longer distillation run at a lower than average temperature, the flavors from these botanicals really thrive in the glass.
