CASA CAMPO AZUL 2013 EXTRA ANEJO 750 mL

Produced at NOM 1146, Casa Campo Azul is the house brand made at this facility. Although not all of the Tequilas from 1146 are created equal, with many brands utilizing the autoclaves and diffusers available, this extra anejo was pressed with a roller mill and cooked using traditional brick ovens. Look for notes of orange marmalade, lemon custard, eucalyptus, black pepper, and roasted agave. There's a very pleasant balance of bright citrus, green agave, and sweet caramelized flavors that are not typically found in a tequila of this age. It's definitely a sipper.
