Based in Alameda, California, St. George has been distilling since 1982 and since then created a fantastic portfolio of craft spirits. This whiskey is St. George's take on Japan's take of Scotch. Made with 100% American Malt (two-row) in their eau de vie stills. Aged in ex-bourbon and french oak wine casks and filtered through maple charcoal. It is finished in ex-umeshu (plum wine) casks. Really drinkable.
