The Sofia Premium Master Cello boasts a warm, responsive, and clear sound, with an interior label indicating it is a Sofia M Minchev Premium Master Anno 2017 Consort 06 Indianapolis. It features a back of medium width flame perpendicular to the center joint, crafted from two pieces of maple cut on the quarter, along with similar maple ribs and a scroll. The top is made of two pieces of spruce, cut on the quarter, with medium width grain that widens slightly at the flanks. The varnish applied by Todd Matus is an orange-brown color over a golden ground. Due to the delicate nature of Cellos, we do not ship at this time. All Cello purchases are in-store pickup only.
