Jalapeno Corn Bread

A sweet, cakey textured corn bread with a kick from dried jalapeno bits! Just add butter, egg, and milk for a delicious side to any soup or chili. Suggested add-ins include corn kernels, cheese, cooked bacon, and so much more! Makes an 8″x8″ or 9″x9″ pan of cornbread. Can also be made as muffins which freeze really well for those who can't eat a whole pan of cornbread before it goes bad.
