(Rarity 6) Fully Marked Griswold No. 1 Gem Pan Block Logo, 11 cup, p/n 940

This is a special piece to have for your Griswold collection. There were a handful of variations made of this #1 style gem pan by Griswold and this one, Variation 3 is the most difficult to find. They developed and ran patterns that ranged from no markings at all, to a fully marked version with raised lettering. This one is special as its rarity to find is high so not many were manufactured. Its a beautifully designed gem that we've used to make small muffins, cornbread pucks, and even use for poached eggs.
