Need a lid? NIckel plated 1940's Wagner "National" Brand No. 8 Skillet Lid

Collectors and aficionados of cast iron know that lids are the hardest thing to find after you have purchased your skillets. Over the years, Wagner manufactured a number of style lids, and the skillets did match the brand specific lids. This lid is for the National brand, and SHOULD fit the #8 skillet. Don't make the mistake of just getting your skillet without your lid! You'll need it in your gourmet kitchen. This lid is nickel plated and while the piece is fully restored, the nickel finish was not put in the electrolysis tank to protect the coating that is left. The coating has wear and is shown in the pictures.
