First, get your mind out of the gutter. This isn't a "porgy"! Instead, think of Cast Iron Gourmet Chef/Owner Rashida as your personal cook. Not only will she meet with you to design a delicious pork dinner for you and your guests, but she'll also come over and prepare the dinner and help serve it.  Who wouldn't have a porkgasm over that? It's like having a bacon fairy godmother for the night. Or, in this case, a bacon ninja because Rashida might disappear when it comes time to do the dishes.  The meal will include a 3 - 5 course all-pork meal, made with fresh seasonal ingredients and a signature cocktail.
