The CATALYST IntelliTank line of wine and beer making tanks was designed specifically for the Garagiste and Craft Brewers’ needs. These tanks bring a whole new level of professionalism to an industry that has had to resort to makeshift vessels to contain some of the finest wines and beers made in the world. Constructed of ribbed, thick walled, high density polyethylene and high grade 304 stainless steel, the IntelliTank 23 will suit many of your winemaking needs. At 23 liters (6 gallons) it is sized perfectly for kit winemakers and ferment on premise operations as well as for typical batches of wine made from approximately 100 lbs (3 lugs) of grapes.
