The viticulture here is currently sustainable, while the estate is incorporating biodynamic principles more and more. The Barbera frizzante is a beautiful Lambrusco style sparkler that is thirst quenching and lightly frizzante. Great fruit and balancing acidity make this is a wonderful aperitif or warm summer night wine.
