Mail-in Joycons

Have old or broken Joy-Cons? Send yours in and we will send them back with the modification of your choice! Choose from a multitude of shells, buttons, sticks or even LED Firefly kits. Have your own materials but don't feel comfortable doing the work? Choose our "Labor Only" option! How It Works • After your order is placed, we will send our mailing address and instructions. • Once we receive your controllers, we will test, swap out the materials of your choice and send you a confirmation photo.• Your Joy-Cons will be in our possession between 7-10 business days.  • The price includes the cost for return shipping only. You will be responsible for shipping your controllers to us. • All materials removed from your controllers will be returned along with your newly customized Joy-Cons.• We offer repairs, but please message us before purchasing so we can work out prices and ordering parts, if necessary. • Before we build, we will send a photo with the materials you selected, so you can confirm. If you are not sure, or need time to think it over, that's perfectly fine. If you approve the setup and decide you'd like changes after the controllers have been completely built, there will be a $20 added charge for us to reassemble.  Options How It Works 1. We’re happy to help!*6. Single JC Shell - We swap the shell of your choice on one single Joy-Con. - No custom buttons. We use brand new stock black (OEM) buttons.- Stick replacement included. Let us know if prefer black or white.7. Single JC Full - We swap the shell and button set of your choice on one single Joy-Con.- Stick replacement included. Let us know if prefer black or white.   Add-Ons Candy Heart Buttons - $10. This is a set of 8 buttons and covers the 4 directional keys on the left controller and 4 ABXY keys on the right controller. The remaining keys will be filled in with the custom color you selected.  Metal Locks - $5. These replace the original plastic locks with stronger metal locks and help keep the Joy-Cons firmly locked onto the Switch. Firefly LEDs - $16.
