Carbonless Copy Forms (2-Part, 5.5" x 8.5")

Carbonless copy forms are useful for writing service orders, receipts, invoices, packing lists, and more. These two part forms are printed on 20 lb. paper.  The 2-part forms include a top white sheet with a yellow carbon copy. They are bound in pads with glue on the short edge of the forms. You can choose to have them printed in full color or in a more economical single color. Choose whether you would like your forms to be with or without numbering. Size is 5.5" x 8.5". Carbonless copy form graphic design is free when you order 5000 or more and $85 with order quantities of less than 5000.
