Tillandsia fasciculata

Tillandsia fasciulata is a large species of air plant native to Central and northern South America, the West Indies, and reaching into the United States with Florida and Georgia, though is at risk of extirpation in the United States range. I will often warn cat owners that many air plants are also cat toy shaped! They make perfect additions to topical reptile and amphibian enclosures. They are best secured with fishing line for easy removal should the plants need additional care or to be moved around the enclosure to assist with enrichment.
