Ancient Arabian-Greek AR drachma in 14Kt Yellow Gold Bezel inside of a 14Kt yellow gold square frame with a bezel set faceted ruby in each corner. The square is hinged to 14Kt yellow gold end caps on a woven wheat chain bracelet with a fold over gold clasp. Certificate of Authenticity. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena, "N" on cheek. Reverse: Owl, standing right, head facing; olive spray and inverted crescent above. This type of coin is beleived to be minted in Saba by the people known as the Sabeans of South Arabia and is an ancient imitative of the famous Athene and Owl coins of the Greek Empire and was hard currency traded all across the Mediterranean.
