Ok, so we're doing a mash up of my favorite things at Christmas. My favorite decoration is this crazy sequin encrusted winter Ram's bust from Anthropologie. I bought her on a whim like eight years ago and named her Cindy Lou Who, she ushers in the holidays at our house and is currently sitting just above my head this evening. Not a great photo, but she's so sweet. I even keep my favorite scarf on her to make sure she's comfy. And I make sure she is sprinkled with a little fake snow every year just to make sure she feels at home.  I was thinking 'What could I do next' and Cindy reminded me of The Grinch, which is my favorite Christmas movie -- the classic Mr. Grinch, not that crazy remake.
