Swedish Bluebar

Price is for 1 Pullet aged 6 weeks and up. The Swedish Bluebar lays a lovely blue egg similar to the quality of a pure Araucana. This breed was created by crossing Svart Hona, White Leghorn and Araucana. The result is a productive chicken that lays a large quantity of eggs (upward of 290) with a sky blue hue. The Swedish Bluebar is an active bird that is an excellent forager. Because this is a hybrid chicken, color and appearance will vary and there is no standard. However, most will grow out as blue and all will have tight feathering and small to no combs. Whatever the color pattern, these are excellent, productive birds, great foragers, cold and heat resistant and very low maintenance. Super pretty and sweet~ Pullets are available 6 weeks and older.
