The custom linen slant shade casts a warm, ambient glow, highlighting the beauty of the lamp’s lovely crackle glaze. Each limited-edition lamp is stamped with the mark Aaro to document its authenticity. Namesake: Abby Williams Hill (1861-1943) was an American West plein-air landscape painter and activist with an insatiable love of travel, nature, and learning. Hill also advocated for children's rights, attended the 1905 Congress of Mothers in Washington, D.C., and founded the Washington (state) Parent-Teacher Association.
