The estate-grown, hand-picked La Crosse grapes were firstfermented in stainless steel (30%) before being transferred toneutral French Oak (70%) to finish, resulting in a rich & brightwhite wine. Enjoy aromas of ripe pear, golden delicious apple, whitenectarine and ginger ale on the nose with a long finish thatevolves into peach cobbler on the palate.
