Bourbon Barrel soap

Our Bourbon Barrel soap has a warm, oak scent with citrus undertones. This comes from an essential oil blend of bergamot, frankincense, grapefruit, allspice and ginger essential oils. This scent was tested and approved by the Marketing Capuchin himself (i.e. my husband, who also makes all of the beer used in our beer soaps!). Alkanet root powder gives this soap a rich, chocolate-colored layer. It is anti-viral and anti-bacterial. Alkanet (Alkanna tinctoria) is a wild plant that grows in Mediterranean climates. Like all of our all-natural, cold-process soaps, the natural glycerine in this soap will leave your skin soft and you don’t have to worry about any artificial ingredients. All of our soaps are made with natural oils, natural colorants and natural essential oils (NO artificial fragrance oils).
