Shaving soap with Bentonite Clay

We have had several requests for a shaving soap so here’s our version. It is made with castor, coconut, olive, and avocado oils as well as bentonite clay. Bentonite clay contains many minerals including magnesium, calcium, silica, sodium, copper and iron and makes for a smooth shaving experience. Our shaving soap is also scented with the woody aroma from a cedarwood/tea tree essential oil blend and is a perfect addition to your personal skincare routine. There are several important differences to consider when using an all-natural shaving bar of soap as opposed to shaving cream. First, good quality shaving soap contains high levels of glycerine. Unlike store-bought soap, one of the main components of our handmade soap is glycerin. Second, unlike shaving cream, a fully-cured bar of our handmade soap will last several months especially if left to dry between uses.
