The Serum-Containing Recombinant Growth Factor System. Complete cell growth and passage system including 2 x 500mL 4Z0-500-R Medium,  2 x 10mL CultureBoost-R™, 1 x 100mL Attachment Factor™, 1 set 100mL Passage Reagent Group™ and 1 x 50mL Cell Freezing Medium™.  Contains Recombinant Growth Factor only. Medium Component Medium is formulated with 10% serum.  This medium becomes complete once activated with the included CultureBoost-R™ supplement, containing Recombinant Growth Factors only.  4Z0-500-R is certified and intended for experimental application. Growth Supplement Component CultureBoost-R™ is the broad-spectrum supplement used to activate Complete Medium. CultureBoost-R™ contains Recombinant Growth Factors and porcine heparin. PRG Component Passage Reagent Group™ (PRG) is a matched set of Cell Systems Certified reagents for releasing cells from culture for subculture or freezing. The PRG contains three parts: PRG-1(EDTA-dPBS Solution), PRG-2 (Trypsin/EDTA-dPBS Solution) an
