Since 2014, this 14-hectare estate, planted exclusively with Cabernet Franc, has been managed by Clotilde Legrand, who took over from her father, René-Noël. Bright yet rustic Cabernet Franc with notes of morello cherry and green bell pepper. Medium bodied with fine-grained tannins, this would be an exceptional pairing for duck breast.
