He works organically with a view to converting to biodynamics in the near future, and favours gentle extractions using whole bunch fermentations. This is his delightful Beaujolais Villages from 40 year old vines growing in sandy, granitic soils between Morgon and Moulin-a-Vent. Juicy and crunchy with a floral, red fruit nose, plenty of freshness and soft tannins.
