A ‘rotling’ or blend of red and white co-fermented Dornfelder and Muller-Thurgau. Darker than pink, this has a seriousness and sincerity with a firm tannic structure and vividness of fruit. While not exactly what their mom and sister originally imagined, this has a harmoniousness that fits in perfectly with the other wines of the estate.
