As with all our gins, we start with our signature seven core botanicals, adding macerated wild apples (picked from the distillery property!) and diced dried pears post distillation. The final step is a brief steep in loose leaf Assam Tea, sourced from Royal Tea NY, achieving maximum flavor without extracting too much tannin. Think of Orchard Gin as an exquisitely modernized Old-Tom gin that is a reflection of the place and time where we made it—or, as an 80 Proof counter punch to a pumpkin spice latte.
