Jason hails from Cornwall, England, also known as the Land of Saints, and the name is a reference to the numerous Sans and Santas in California. This wine is a tribute to the Central Coast of California and the 3 friends who have come together in order to make a wine that is an honest expression of the land.  This Chardonnay aged in neutral oat gives everything that is loved about Santa Barbara Chardonnay- refreshing, bright and creamy, without the oaky butter.  A revision of California Chardonnay.
