STORAGE TEMP = -20c | LEAD TIME = 1 Day Cellecta’s Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Prep Kits for sgRNA, shRNA and DNA barcode libraries provide a protocol and reagents for the PCR amplification from genomic DNA and NGS sequencing of library-specific barcodes included in these libraries. Each NGS kit includes sufficient reagents to process 12-48 DNA samples (depending on the amount of DNA/sample) with unique indexing primers to multiplex up to 12 samples per run in a single lane.  Supplementary indexing primers are also available, which increase multiplexing capacity to 24 samples per run in a single lane.
