Phone has a cracked screen, however the screen responds to the touch on and around the cracks without issue. We were able to thoroughly test the phone and ALL functions and buttons work perfectly without issue, we have also completed a factory reset for your convenience. As shown in the pictures the frame of the phone is slightly bent at the bottom, this was most likely caused by having the phone in a pocket while sitting down.
