Mont Ventoux: One of the most brutal mountains in the midst of the most glorious celebrations. The Tour de France has visited Ventoux 16 times finishing on the summit for ten of those occasions. The red and white striped tower, visible for miles in every direction is the target that all riders will take aim at. While known as perhaps the most vicious climb in the Tour, due to it's exposure and lack of any respite, the Mont is also beloved as so many cyclists try to top the Giant every year.
