Safflower Oil, High Oleic Expeller Pressed - 55 Gallon Drums

  Our safflower oil is made from high oleic safflower seeds, which makes a special type of oil high in healthy monounsaturated fats (the same kind of good-for-you fat that is in avocados and olive oil).  This oil is expeller pressed without the use of any chemical solvents.  It is refined, which gives it a light color, a mild flavor and a high smoke point making it perfect for frying.  As a high oleic oil, it is high in monounsaturated fats, which also makes the oil stable at high temperatures and extends the fry life.  This product is Non-GMO Project Verified (view our listing here) and is great for every day use in frying, baking, and cooking.   This oil is packaged in 55 Gallon Drums.  Each drum may come in either a plastic or steel material (based on internal availability), and has a bung hole at the top of the drum used for dispensing.
